Standard or regular cleaning refers to general tasks performed on a routine basis to maintain a clean, hygienic environment. We can schedule a one-off clean, or recurring cleans on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
It usually involves surface level cleaning of high traffic areas such as living rooms, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets, and includes such tasks as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning toilets, bathrooms and kitchens.
Whether you want a super light, medium or heavier clean is entirely up to you! To help decide, you can choose from one of our "Regular Cleaning Packages" - and of course all cleans can be tailored to your needs.
This is usually more thorough than a standard clean to ensure you pass that pesky rental inspection!
It can include cleaning of grout, light fittings and window tracks, as well as more extensive surface cleaning including the outsides of cupboards and drawers.

End-of-lease cleaning involves a deeper clean to meet property hand-over expectations, increasing the likelihood of getting a full bond back. It typically includes the insides and outsides of cupboards, drawers and wardrobes, doors, surfaces, fans, aircon vents, filters, ovens, window tracks and more.
Our STANDARD end-of-lease cleaning quotes are based on AVERAGE levels of dirtiness, so there are some limitations on what is included. A greater than average level of dirtiness may require ADDITIONAL CLEANING, which can be easily added.

A quick, efficient clean incorporating the basic tasks of dusting, vacuuming and mopping to give your home an overall light surface clean.
A medium level clean including dusting, vacuuming and mopping PLUS bathrooms and toilets to include tasks such as removing soap scum and mould, cleaning shower screens, toilets bowls and sinks.
A more intense clean incorporating dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning of bathrooms and toilets PLUS cleaning the kitchen and laundry to include tasks such as washing dishes, packing dishwashers, wiping counters, stovetops, ovens and sinks.
Occasionally, extra cleaning may be required in order to meet vacate cleaning expectations beyond what is included in our standard end-of-lease service.
This is usually due to the property being dirtier than average, which can result in, but is not limited to, the need for more extensive cleaning of:
Upon arrival, our Cleaning Supervisor will inspect the property. If they determine that extra cleaning is required beyond what was covered in the maximum quoted amount in order to meet vacate cleaning standards, you will be contacted to discuss your options.

We will not proceed with any additional cleaning beyond the quoted amount without your approval.
Additional cleaning is charged at a discounted rate of $60 per hour (including GST).

If you are a tenant, you will know all about those pesky routine inspections! Your landlord or property manager (PM) will give you a minimum of 7 days to be ready for a property inspection, and up to 4 per year are performed.
Routine inspections are carried out to ensure the property is well cared for. One of the top things a property manager looks for when completing a routine inspection is general tidiness and cleanliness of the property.
A routine inspection clean is typically more thorough than a standard clean.
It involves cleaning of extra items such as tile grout, light fittings and window tracks, as well as more extensive surface cleaning, including the outsides of cupboards and drawers.

If you are a tenant and your tenancy is coming to an end or has recently ended, the property will need to be handed over to the agency or landlord in the same condition as it was when you first moved in. This will determine whether you get your full security bond back. A thorough clean, therefore, is required.
A vacate clean (end -of-lease clean) involves those tasks undertaken during a deeper clean.
Deep cleaning involves an intensive, thorough clean to include the areas often overlooked in a regular cleaning routine and is more thorough than a pre-inspection clean.
Extra items usually focused on include the both the insides and outsides of cupboards, shelves, drawers, wardrobes, fans, vents, filters, ovens and more. It can also include extra services such as walls, blinds, windows and garage floors.
Our standard end-of lease cleaning service is limited to 1 or 2 light washable marks per wall or ceiling, small areas of floor grout, NO window coverings. If cleaning beyond this is required, we can add on ADDITIONAL CLEANING at a reduced rate of $60 per hour.

We tailor to your needs, so you can choose how many hours of cleaning you require. Bear in mind that determining the number of hours you require will depend on the type of clean you want (deep or surface), the level of dirtiness (light or heavy) and the size of the house. Because there are so many variables involved in getting back a full bond, we do not have a bond-back guarantee, however, we do have a reclean guarantee, in which we will go back to the property once to reclean any missed items. Whether or not a reclean is warranted is dependent upon our full terms and conditions, which you can find HERE.
If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us in writing within ONE WEEK of job completion. It is therefore important to have your final bond inspection performed within this time frame. We will only return on ONE occasion to perform recleaning tasks, subject to our T&Cs, and if they were included in your service.
Our reclean guarantee only applies to the standard end-of-lease cleaning service the client has engaged us for. It does NOT apply to any outsourced services we have arranged on the client’s behalf that may be in the quote.

Sometimes a property requires more cleaning time beyond our standard end-of-lease cleaning service to meet standards. This is usually when walls and/or window coverings and/or grout are particularly dirty, and/or the property is furnished.
Our standard end-of lease cleaning service is limited to 1 or 2 light washable marks per wall or ceiling, small areas of floor grout, NO window coverings. If cleaning beyond this is required, we can add on ADDITIONAL CLEANING at a reduced rate of $60 per hour (including GST).
If at the job site we find that extra cleaning time beyond the maximum amount quoted is necessary to meet standards, we will contact you to discuss additional cleaning options. We will not proceed with additional cleaning exceeding the quoted amount without your approval. In most cases, this extra cleaning is not necessary.
