Yes, we bring our own quality commercial cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have any special requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate them. 

Regular or standard cleaning typically involves the removal of surface-level dust and grime from those areas used daily, and includes such tasks as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and toilets and wiping surfaces. 

To make it easier for our clients to choose what they need, we have devised 3 regular cleaning packages - Easy Peasy (light cleans), Fair Dinkum (medium-level cleans) and Hard Yakka (heavier cleans).  See more details HERE and our rates HERE.

If you are a tenant, you will know all about those pesky routine inspections! Your landlord or property manager (PM) will give you a minimum of 7 days to be ready for a property inspection, and up to 4 per year are performed. 

Routine inspections are carried out to ensure the property is well cared for. One of the top things a property manager looks for when completing a routine inspection is general tidiness and cleanliness of the property.

A routine inspection clean is typically more thorough than a standard clean.

It involves cleaning of extra items such as tile grout, light fittings and window tracks, as well as more extensive surface cleaning, including the outsides of cupboards and drawers.

Cleans can be tailored to suit your needs. For example, you many want beds made and dirty laundry picked up too!  

Our staff can even liaise with your PM, discussing what needs to be done and organising key pick up/drop off while you are at work, making it a seamless, stress-free experience. There is no need for you to take time off to disrupt your day!

If you are a tenant and your tenancy is coming to an end or has recently ended, the property will need to be handed over to the agency or landlord in the same condition as it was when you first moved in. This will determine whether you get your full security bond back. A thorough clean, therefore, is required. 

A vacate clean (end -of-lease clean) involves those tasks undertaken during a deeper clean. 

Deep cleaning involves an intensive, thorough clean to include the areas often overlooked in a regular cleaning routine and is more thorough than a pre-inspection clean. 

Extra items usually focused on include the both the insides and outsides of cupboards, shelves, drawers, wardrobes, fans, vents, filters, ovens and more.  It can also include extra services such as walls, blinds, windows and garage floors. 

Our standard end-of lease cleaning service is limited to 1 or 2 light washable marks per wall or ceiling, small areas of floor grout, NO window coverings. If cleaning beyond this is required, we can add on ADDITIONAL CLEANING at a reduced rate of $60 per hour.

Through our affiliation with other trusted businesses, we can also arrange carpet cleaning, gardening and/or rubbish removal services for you (these may incur a 5% surcharge).

If you are using us to clean for a vacate clean, we can liaise with your property manager to ensure we clean any problem areas that need extra attention.

Similar to a vacate clean, a landlord putting a new property on the rental market may need it thoroughly cleaned prior to tenants moving in. This way, owners can be assured that tenants hand over the property in the same, clean condition it was when they moved in.  A move-in clean, therefore, usually involves a deep clean. 

We can liaise with property managers to ensure that your cleaning needs are met.

Occasionally, to meet expected cleaning standards, ADDITIONAL CLEANING time is required for an end-of-lease clean. 

YES! The beauty of our "in-house" service is that we can liaise directly with your property manager (PM), taking the hassle and stress out of pre-inspection or vacate cleans. 

In working closely with your PM we can determine exactly what cleaning taSee sks need to be done and take care of it for you! Our professional, trustworthy staff can gain direct access to your property to do their job without disrupting your working day.  

You won't have to deal with the hassle of taking time off - all you need to do is return to a clean, fresh home!  

That is entirely up to you.  As long you have provided us with clear instructions on what you need done and how to access the property, we will do the rest. 

If you're a tenant, we can liaise with your property manager. They can give us instructions on what needs doing and we can organise key access with them. This way, your work day won't be disrupted, and you won't need to take time off.  All you need to do is return home to a fresh, clean house!

We tailor to your needs, so you can choose how many hours of cleaning you require.  Bear in mind that determining the number of hours you require will depend on the type of clean you want (deep or surface), the level of dirtiness (light or heavy) and the size of the house.   If you're not sure how much time is required, email us or contact our Operations Manager, Catalina, on 0452 627 314.

If you or your property manager are not satisfied with our standard End-of-Lease cleaning service, you must inform us within 72 hours, and we will come back to reclean at no extra cost (one visit only).  Terms and conditions apply.  For our full Terms and Conditions see HERE 

Please note that the following are NOT grounds for requesting a no-cost reclean:   

• A build-up of surface dust that has settled since the clean
• Dirt or grime near a window or door that has been left open
• New residents have moved in since the clean
• The property has been accessed by a third-party contractor since the clean
• Other key factors influencing the final outcome of the clean *

Because there are so many variables involved in getting back a full bond, we do not have a bond-back guarantee, however, we do have a reclean guarantee, in which we will go back to the property once to reclean any missed items. Whether or not a reclean is warranted is dependent upon our full terms and conditions, which you can find HERE. 

If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us in writing within ONE WEEK of job completion. It is therefore important to have your final bond inspection performed within this time frame. We will only return on ONE occasion to perform recleaning tasks, subject to our T&Cs, and if they were included in your service. 

Our reclean guarantee only applies to the standard end-of-lease cleaning service the client has engaged us for. It does NOT apply to any outsourced services we have arranged on the client’s behalf that may be in the quote.

Sometimes a property requires more cleaning time beyond our standard end-of-lease cleaning service to meet standards. This is usually when walls and/or window coverings and/or grout are particularly dirty, and/or the property is furnished. 

Our standard end-of lease cleaning service is limited to 1 or 2 light washable marks per wall or ceiling, small areas of floor grout, NO window coverings. If cleaning beyond this is required, we can add on ADDITIONAL CLEANING at a reduced rate of $60 per hour (including GST). 

If at the job site we find that extra cleaning time beyond the maximum amount quoted is necessary to meet standards, we will contact you to discuss additional cleaning options. We will not proceed with additional cleaning exceeding the quoted amount without your approval. In most cases, this extra cleaning is not necessary.
