Yes, we bring our own quality commercial cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have any special requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate them. 

Regular or standard cleaning typically involves the removal of surface-level dust and grime from those areas used daily, and includes such tasks as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and toilets and wiping surfaces. 

If you are a tenant, you will know all about those pesky routine inspections! Your landlord or property manager (PM) will give you a minimum of 7 days to be ready for a property inspection, and up to 4 per year are performed. 

Routine inspections are carried out to ensure the property is well cared for. One of the top things a property manager looks for when completing a routine inspection is general tidiness and cleanliness of the property.

A routine inspection clean is typically more thorough than a standard clean. It involves cleaning of extra items such as tile grout, light fittings and window tracks, as well as more extensive surface cleaning, including the outsides of cupboards and drawers.

Cleans can be tailored to suit your needs. For example, you many want beds made and dirty laundry picked up too!  

Our staff can even liaise with your PM, discussing what needs to be done and organising key pick up/drop off while you are at work, making it a seamless, stress-free experience. There is no need for you to take time off to disrupt your day!

If you are a tenant and your tenancy is coming to an end or has recently ended, the property will need to be handed over to the agency or landlord in the same condition as it was when you first moved in. This will determine whether you get your full security bond back. A thorough clean, therefore, is required. 

A vacate clean (end -of-lease clean) involves those tasks undertaken during a deeper clean. 

Deep cleaning involves an intensive, thorough clean to include the areas often overlooked in a regular cleaning routine and is more thorough than a pre-inspection clean. 

Extra items usually focused on include the both the insides and outsides of cupboards, shelves, drawers, wardrobes, fans, vents, filters, ovens, windows and more.  

Our standard end-of-lease cleaning service does NOT include wall marks (only light dust and cobwebs) or window coverings. If these are required, they can be added on as ADDITIONAL CLEANING OPTIONS. 

Through our affiliation with other trusted businesses, we can also arrange outsourced services such as professional carpet cleaning, gardening or rubbish removal services for you (these may incur a 5% surcharge).

We can liaise with your property manager to ensure we clean any problem areas that need extra attention.

Please ensure the property is empty, all personal belongings are removed, and electricity and water are connected. This helps us provide thorough and efficient cleaning.

Similar to a vacate clean, a landlord putting a new property on the rental market may need it thoroughly cleaned prior to tenants moving in. This way, owners can be assured that tenants hand over the property in the same, clean condition it was when they moved in.  A move-in clean, therefore, usually involves a deep clean.

We do not offer individual onsite quotes due to time constraints, however for additional cleaning options, these can be assessed on site during a standard clean and added on.  

Because every property has unique cleaning needs, our quotes are based on average levels of dirtiness, and most jobs will reflect this. 

Occasionally, to meet expected cleaning standards, ADDITIONAL CLEANING OPTIONS may be required for an end-of-lease clean, and final charges may vary. 

YES! The beauty of our "in-house" service is that we can liaise directly with your property manager (PM), taking the hassle and stress out of pre-inspection or vacate cleans. 

In working closely with your PM we can determine exactly what cleaning taSee sks need to be done and take care of it for you! Our professional, trustworthy staff can gain direct access to your property to do their job without disrupting your working day.  

You won't have to deal with the hassle of taking time off - all you need to do is return to a clean, fresh home!  

That is entirely up to you.  As long you have provided us with clear instructions on what you need done and how to access the property, we will do the rest. 

If you're a tenant, we can liaise with your property manager. They can give us instructions on what needs doing and we can organise key access with them. This way, your work day won't be disrupted, and you won't need to take time off.  All you need to do is return home to a fresh, clean house!

YES!  If your issue pertains to our standard end-of-lease cleaning service you may be covered by our bond back guarantee and re-clean policy; however, there are several conditions to be met for these to be valid.  Refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details. With our reclean guarantee, we will return ONCE to reclean any missed items if we are informed of any issues within 7 days of job completion, and again, whether this is warranted depends on our full terms and conditions, which you can find HERE. Sometimes a property requires more cleaning time beyond our standard end-of-lease cleaning service to meet standards. This is usually when walls, window coverings need cleaning (not included) or the overall property is dirtier than average. 

Our standard end-of lease cleaning service does NOT include walls (only light dust and cobwebs) or window coverings. If cleaning beyond this is required, we can add on ADDITIONAL CLEANING OPTIONS. 

If at the job site we find that extra cleaning time beyond the maximum amount quoted is necessary to meet standards, we will contact you to discuss additional cleaning options. We will not proceed with additional cleaning exceeding the quoted amount without your approval.
